This has been a very informative and interesting class. It has encouraged me to verbalize any introspective discoveries I’ve made and apply them to build a healthier life for myself and others that are open to it.

The SSV Yoga Teacher training was extensive and truly changed my life. I had used yoga for a long time for physical fitness and pain relief. This course taught my so much more about yoga. I love the philosophy, the meditation practices, and the live classes were always so helpful. I have expanded my own practice and am ready to move into the teaching world.
